The Altstadt Hotel Krone Lucerne is located in the heart of Lucerne, in a prime location on the historic Weinmarkt, in the middle of the shopping and pedestrian zone.
All our rooms (most with twin beds – a few with double beds) have a bathroom with shower or bath, WC, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. They all have a minibar, fan (no air conditioning), safe, direct dial telephone, flat screen TV/radio, Delizio coffee machine and security door lock with key card.
The Altstadt Hotel Krone Lucerne is located in a car-free zone and does not have any parking spaces. Public car parks are located nearby. Hotel guests are permitted to drive to the Weinmarkt. Please note that your satnav will only guide you to Mühlenplatz; from there, follow the brown hotel signs. Valet parking is available for our guests (price: CHF 32; no reservation required).
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. For check-in, you will need official identification and a credit card for guarantee purposes. Late check-out (2 p.m.) can be booked subject to availability for CHF 50 per room. Reception is open from 6.30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Are you checking in after 6 p.m. or would you like to leave your room before 8 a.m. on the day of departure? For late check-in (from 6 p.m.) or early check-out (until 8 a.m.), we offer a discount of CHF 10 on the respective overnight stay. These options can only be booked directly on our website.
Pets are allowed at Hotel Krone for an additional charge of CHF 10 per night and room (without food).

Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours, until 2 p.m.) prior to arrival. If the cancellation deadline is not met, the first night will be charged at 100%. In the case of a non-refundable booking, the room price paid cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, no-show or change.
